The Science Behind SportMind
SportMind is based on a sophisticated methodology CA method which has gone through 20 years of research and development. The Color-Association Method is a patented and scientifically verified psychometry-based testing method. It is composed of a combination of psychology and neuroscience. How does it work?
Athletes take the short, intuitive test. They are projected a set of phrases and assign three of the eight presented colors to each of these phrases based on their current feeling about that particular phrase.
Although SportMind is designed to measure mainly sport teams, one of its profiles is available for individual athletes too. Athletes can take several diagnostics here and find out more about their current energy or psychology. The testing engine reacts to the athlete’s immediate behavior and adapts the test in real-time. It is a testing method that accurately reflects an athlete´s state of mind. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers, only the new self-awareness about yourself.
